Group Yoga Classes
Restorative yoga is designed to create a state of complete relaxation for the body and mind. It is a deep and subtle practice of fully supported yoga postures that stimulate the nervous system, which soothes the negative effects of chronic stress and returns your system to balance.
Therapeutic yoga focuses on enhancing the body’s own capacity to heal. It’s a comprehensive practice combining mindful breathing, reflection, and guided meditation. Using props like pillows and blankets to support the body gently, therapeutic yoga offers benefits that are accessible to everyone.

Individual Yoga Sessions
Yoga was traditionally taught by one teacher directly to one student. While group classes are fun, energizing, and create a special community, private classes tailor the experience. Whether you are a new yogi or have a more advanced practice, individual sessions are extremely beneficial.
