Spring Retreat 2021

Friday – Sunday, April 23 – 25

The Optimal Living Spring Retreat offers you a place to drop in, to listen, to hear, to unravel the sounds, and to let clarity, direction, and peace rise from within. Your weekend will include amazing options to create the self-care you need, including the special gift of a personal Reiki session with Linda Soleil, an energy healing practitioner of 13 years.

For the health and safety of all, our 2020 Spring Retreat has been postponed to 2021. I think we will all need a good reset at that time and I look forward to coming together to celebrate.

Outdoor amenities include a hot tub, two in-ground fire pits for gathering, meditative gardens, walking paths, and ponds, and a yoga barn with blocks, blankets, straps, mats, and meditation cushions available.

The indoor living space is equally inviting, with unique and creative spaces for gathering and being in solitude. If it’s rainy outside, curl-up by the wood-burning stove in the living room or relax in one of the reading nooks.


Comfortable and “swanky chic” guest rooms look out towards the intentionally curated grounds and the magical evergreen forest.

Beds are topped with Tempur-Pedic mattresses and luxury linens. Bathrooms are shared and include double sinks.


Meals are a work of art, with thoughtful attention to detail and glowing with love and care. All ingredients are fresh, locally sourced, and carefully selected to nurture your mind, body, and soul.

Five delicious meals are included in the retreat, as well as snacks and appetizers. All food restrictions can be accommodated but must be received no later than 14 days before the retreat.

    Silent reflection, free time, and rest

You’ve taken care of family, work, life… It’s time to take care of you!

Self-Care Saturdays are back!

Third Saturday of every month | 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

I am looking forward to this adventure, adaptation, and rolling with the change with all of you.

Here’s how the new Virtual Self-Care Saturdays will work:

  1. You will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to prepare and what our specific Self-Care Saturday will look like.
  2. You will receive (by mail) a special Self-Care Saturday kit to use when we come together.
  3. You will receive a Zoom code to join and together, we will practice creating self-care time at home.
  4. By the end of our time together, your state of mind and body will be blissfully altered.
