Self-Care Weekend

3-day retreat held at the peaceful Ananda Center Laurelwood

Join me for a weekend free from worldly distractions – a space to breathe, heal, connect with your inner wisdom, and fill your cup.

We will explore mindfulness, nutrition, meditation, and healing restorative yoga. Bring your beautiful self and all that comes with it. No experience needed.

As we get closer to the retreat, I’ll send you an email to gather individual needs and provide more details for our time together.

The price includes a $100 non-refundable deposit. I know that life happens and unforeseen situations and circumstances can impact your plans. If you cancel by July 20th, you’ll receive a full refund, less the $100 deposit. If you cancel after the 20th, there will be no refunds or credits possible.

  • 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.

    Silent reflection, free time, and rest

  • 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.

    Group mindfulness, walking meditation, and silence

  • 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

    Meditation and therapeutic yoga

  • 6:00 p.m.


  • 7:30 – 9:00 p.m.

    Restorative yoga

  • Sunday
  • 7:00 – 8:00 a.m.

    Morning gentle yoga and meditation

    Silent breakfast

    Group self-care, re-entry into life and flow, question and answer

    Free to depart or remain for a while to walk and enjoy the grounds
