Retreats
These seasonal retreats offer restorative, half-day gatherings aligned with the natural rhythms of the year.
Each is designed as a nervous system reset—an immersive afternoon to restore, nourish, and reconnect you through gentle yoga, mindfulness, time in nature, and deep rest. Thoughtfully prepared and intentionally small, these gatherings allow for personalized attention and a grounded, meaningful experience.
You may join a single retreat or attend more than one; each stands on its own while also contributing to a deeper sense of balance and renewal.
Space is limited to 12 participants to preserve the intimacy and depth of the experience.
