Class Schedule
Adaptive Chair-Based Yoga
Mondays | 12:00 pm – 12:50 pm
Adaptive yoga involves traditional and therapeutic yoga poses that have been modified to meet the needs of your body. Extra support is provided by chairs and yoga props. This class is ideal for people with recent surgeries, stiffness, chronic pain, injuries, and other health conditions.
Restorative Yoga
Wednesdays | 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm
Restorative yoga incorporates gentle movements and postures that help balance your central nervous system, soothing the negative effects of chronic stress. You’ll find yourself less reactive and better equipped to ride the waves when they come. You will sleep great that night as well.
Therapeutic Yoga
Saturdays | 8:15 am – 9:30 am
Therapeutic yoga is designed for people dealing with injuries, recent surgeries, lack of mobility, stress, and tired bodies. You will do movements, postures, breathing, and meditation and mindfulness exercises that support healing of your mind and body.
I was so grateful to have our first Zoom yoga session a couple of weeks ago because I spent the first few minutes just crying – I didn’t realize how much stress I had been carrying! Just having you say it’s OK to stop, let it go to be in the moment and breathe was a pivotal thought; I realized it’s not what we are saying to (or hearing from) each other in our days, but need to.
Private Yoga Sessions
One-on-one yoga therapy
Receive personalized guidance and support with private online or in-person sessions with me. We focus on meditation and breathwork, guided relaxation, therapeutic poses, and mobility support for specific injuries or health conditions in yoga sessions that are completely customized to your abilities and goals.
