A fall retreat with yoga, mindfulness, grounding practices, and sound healing.
This early-fall silent retreat invites you to honor the autumn equinox with grounding practices, reflection, and space to settle your nervous system as the season shifts. The afternoon includes adaptive, all-inclusive yoga and mindfulness teachings with Melissa, peaceful time in nature, and wilderness-informed grounding practices guided by guest teacher Scott Sadler.
A nourishing fall-inspired snack and gentle self-care time support your seasonal reset. We close with deep relaxation and a serene sound bath with Elaine Harvey’s sound bowls, helping you leave feeling centered, restored, and balanced as you move into autumn.
About These Gatherings
A place to pause, practice, and reconnect.
Self-Care Saturdays offer intentional space to step away from the pace of everyday life, become present, and reconnect with yourself.
Each gathering may include mindful movement, yoga, reflection, nervous system support, nature connection, and rest. Everything is designed to help you listen more closely to your body and what you need in that moment.
There is nothing to accomplish and no right way to participate. Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, nourished, and connected.
- No experience is needed.
- All bodies are welcome.
- Everything is optional and adaptable.
- Group size is small to keep the experience personal.
The practices at Self Care Saturday invited me to stay present and begin releasing guilt and scarcity, while embracing goodness and acceptance. It was a beautiful time of reflection, nourishment and connection.
I never expected to find that kind of emotional release on the mat. In that moment, I knew I was going to be okay.
It’s something I genuinely look forward to each month—it helps me stay accountable to caring for myself.
