Fortunately, through some simple steps, you have to capacity to calm the system, shift your wiring, and bring more healing to your mind and body. In this workshop, we will practice how to weave these stress-countering behaviors into your daily life.

Individual Nutrition Counseling Sessions
One-on-one nutritional guidance
Individual nutrition counseling focuses on healing the gut, re-sensitizing the body to insulin, and improving your ability to digest and absorb nutrients. We advocate and teach balanced nutrition based on whole foods, drawing inspiration from several programs including paleo, ketogenic, primal, and The Whole30. Counseling includes one-on-one mentoring, support through email and text, and development of a personalized protocol.
