As we navigate and define our new work environment, some working from home, some returning to the office, some doing a little of both, we want to build a foundation of health and healing. As an employer and small business owner, I understand the responsibility and desire to provide this for yourself and your employees. I am here to help.
Join with Optimal Living to provide a weekly yoga break and a monthly health and nutrition workshop. The yoga classes incorporate functional and therapeutic movements and the workshops cover simple action steps we can all take to stay healthy and inspired. Employees have the flexibility to participate from their office, their home, or in a designated community room at the office.
- All employees get access to 4 60-minute yoga classes each month + the monthly health and nutrition workshop
- Choose from any of the yoga class types and times and schedule online
- Employees can attend a different yoga class if the one you choose conflicts with their schedule
- Employees can join individually or in groups
- Cancel anytime without paying fees
How it Works
- 1. Purchase plan.Choose the plan based on the number of employees you have who will be participating.
- 2. Provide a list of your employees.After purchase, watch your email for a welcome message from me, Melissa Hedstrom. I’ll ask for the names and emails of the employees who will be participating.
- 3. Select and schedule classes.Schedule the 4 yoga classes of your choice and the monthly workshop. You’ll use your email or subscription code to redeem the classes each month.
- 4. Employees get Zoom links.We’ll schedule the employees from the list you provided for the classes you selected so they’ll get all the same reminders and the Zoom join information via email.
- 5. Employees join and enjoy!When it’s time for class, everyone will use the Zoom link to join in from their office, home, in a designated room at the office, or anywhere with internet.
